This proposed 15-storey condominium development will provide much needed family oriented housing options in the City of Hamilton’s Ainslie Wood and Westdale neighbourhoods.
Once completed, the building will offer 312 units with a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. 169 parking spaces will be provided across two levels of underground.
It will offer approximately 2,500 square feet of amenity space including a gym, yoga studio and party room will be provided on the ground floor, central courtyard, and rooftop terraces on level 8.
This project also involves retention and reconstruction of the heritage facade of the existing church on this site as a standalone piece at the northeast corner of the property. Additionally, bricks and stone window framing from the existing church will be included on one of the building’s exterior walls. The design of the heritage component has been developed through ongoing consultations between the Client, the Community, and the City’s Heritage department.
