This master-planned mixed-use community includes 9 residential buildings and eight townhouse blocks, ranging from 3 to 12 storeys, with a total of 1,280 units, and approximately 3,000 m² of commercial space.

Building heights and massing create a balanced transition between higher-density forms and lower-scale townhouse areas, reinforcing a comfortable, human-scaled public realm.

The site plan proposes two vehicle access points. The north entrance is located in close proximity to the townhouse units, while the south entrance, which is the primary entrance, is located central to the mixed use and residential buildings. Parking is predominantly provided below grade, minimizing surface disruption and prioritizing pedestrian-oriented streets and landscaped open spaces. Limited surface parking is strategically distributed to support townhouse access and commercial units.

An elevated community trail along the eastern edge of the site enhances connectivity, and provides opportunities for recreation. These outdoor amenity elements support a complete neighbourhood that integrates density, mobility, and open space within a thoughtfully structured urban framework.
