SRM is currently working with Old Oak Developments on Block 16 of the Legacy Village site, which involves the following 3 high-rise mixed-use residential towers with a large central park plaza: Tower 1: 32 Storeys, 386 Units, Tower 2: 30 Storeys, 360 Units, Tower 3: 30 Storeys, 365 Units
Prior to starting detailed design work on this initial block, worked with Old Oak Developments to complete overall Master Planning work for the full 160-acre site. The full legacy village site is proposed to become a modern transit-based neighborhood that will house over 10,000 people. It will include a mix of high and mid-rise residential blocks, mixed-use blocks, single detached homes, and retail / commercial spaces. A number of existing heritage buildings on the site will be retained, and re-purposed into new uses. The development will include multiple new streets, as well as the extension of existing streets in the area. It will also include communal gardens, walking trails and paths, acres of park land.
