Mosaik is a 4 building, 5 storey luxury rental apartment development, with a total of 296 units located in London. The development was designed with energy efficiency at the top of mind. This includes: highly efficient HVAC and Mechanical systems, which also help control utility costs for residents, lights on motion sensors in common areas, plumbing fixtures which are flow/low flush units to conserve water, stainless steel, Energy Star rated appliances, large windows that allow natural light to spill into individual units. Windows are all double glazed and argon filled with low-e glass to help reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.
