The 3 towers have heights of 23, 25 and 27 storeys and the standalone mid-rise building is 9 storeys in height, with a total of 928 units.

1,195 parking spaces are to be provided through 2 levels of below grade structured parking as well as 5 levels of above grade structured parking incorporated into the shared 5-storey podium.

The shared podium also incorporates additional residential apartment units along the south facing façade and incorporates varied heights to assist in providing visual interest and breaking up the massing.
