Jennifer plays a leadership role in SRM’s elder living portfolio, guiding projects across long-term care, retirement living, and seniors housing. With more than 17 years in architectural practice, she brings a relationship-focused approach that supports how people live, age, and connect. Her work aligns with SRM’s commitment to creating functional and welcoming environments that strengthen community and support comfort, dignity, and daily life.
Jennifer is a member of the OAA, RAIC, and CaGBC, and is actively involved with senior living associations including ORCA, the Ontario Long-Term Care Association, and AdvantAGE Ontario. Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto, along with a graduate thesis on intergenerational living that deepened her interest in design that supports personal and community well-being.
She brings clarity to complex projects by interpreting the needs and perspectives of residents, staff, operators, and families. Jennifer works closely with SRM’s interior design and architectural teams to develop thoughtful, evidence-informed solutions that are grounded in collaboration, operational understanding, and purpose. Her leadership contributes to environments that are both enduring and responsive to the people who use them.
