Westmount Signs and Printing

This new building was intended to consolidate Westmount Signs’ existing office locations into one centralized location. It features a large, welcoming, open reception area which serves as the main entrance for the public. The main floor also houses private offices, and all of Westmount Signs’ operations, including large printing/work areas, and a drive-through vehicle loading bay. The second floor includes an open work area, several other private offices, meeting rooms, and employee amenity areas such as a lunch room / kitchenette, and a wellness room.

The building incorporates numerous sustainable design features such as: EV charging stations, native and drought tolerant plantings, Thermally broken, argon filled, Low E window and door systems a building envelope design which exceeds minimum performance requirements, LED lighting and automatic lighting controls, Use of skylights to provide natural lighting throughout the building, and a roof design ed to accommodate solar panels in the future, among others.
