Tracey Swift

Tracey has over 25 years of experience in architectural practice, with a specialized focus on long-term care and seniors housing. She has led the successful delivery of many homes across Ontario and is known for her rigorous and supportive leadership style.

Tracey is a member of ORCA, the Ontario Long-Term Care Association, and AdvantAGE Ontario. She brings a deep technical foundation, extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, and a clear understanding of Ministry of Long-Term Care requirements and construction contracts. Her expertise supports coordinated project delivery and strong alignment with regulatory expectations.

Tracey guides her team in creating accurate, resident-centered designs that respond to operational realities and everyday care routines. She is known for her practical problem-solving, her steady communication, and her longstanding relationships with clients, municipalities, and construction partners. Her work reinforces consistency in standards, process, and outcomes across SRM’s elder living projects.
