With over 12 years in the Architectural industry, Patty thrives on delivering innovative design solutions across academic, corporate, and residential sectors. She brings a commitment to design excellence with a proven track record to maintain project goals and deliver
projects on budget and on time. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Guelph, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA), and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC).

As a Passive House Certified Designer, Patty advocates for sustainable and regenerative design principals and has a keen interest in urban design and the transformative potential of equitable, thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods and public spaces.
At SRM, Patty leads teams with a focus on compliance with applicable codes, standards and procedures. She provides technical and administrative direction, guiding colleagues in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

Her strong interpersonal and communication skills help foster long-term client relationships and productive collaboration among consultant teams. From rezoning and site plan approval through working drawing and construction, Patty guides projects with precision and care. She works closely with clients to define scope, program, and sustainability goals – carefully weighing construction methods and materials for cost, availability and long-term performance.
Patty brings a strong commitment to creating spaces that enrich communities, respect the environment and create enduring value for generations to come.
