Delhi Long-Term Care Home

Completed under the Ministry’s first capital funding program, the Delhi Long-Term Care Home reflects a collaborative, fast-tracked effort to deliver high-quality care within tight approval timelines. This new two-storey, 98-bed facility provides both private and standard suites in a warm, resident-focused setting.

The layout includes a variety of communal and therapeutic spaces such as lounges, activity rooms, a chapel, therapy and barber rooms, and outdoor courtyards designed to support comfort, routine, and engagement.

Constructed using insulated concrete forms and precast floor slabs, the building’s envelope features a mix of masonry and cement board finishes. The project illustrates SRM’s ability to meet rigorous Ministry timelines while delivering thoughtful, operationally aligned environments for long-term care.
