The building features barrier-free design and enhanced accessibility throughout, with layouts tailored to accommodate a wide range of mobility and independence levels. Residents enjoy access to a full suite of amenity spaces, including communal and private dining areas, a fitness room, games and crafts rooms, and a welcoming ground floor café that encourages social interaction and connection. In addition to the original retirement residence, a phased renovation is underway to convert a portion of the building to B2 occupancy, enabling an expanded continuum of care.
