This ten-storey, 234-unit residence is designed to support a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The building
is programmed with a wide range of amenity spaces distributed throughout each floor, offering flexibility, comfort, and daily engagement for residents with
varying care needs.
Originally initiated under the Certificate of Practice held by Michael Spaziani Architect Inc., the project transitioned to SRM following the firm’s merger. SRM assumed responsibility for contract administration and continued design development during construction. Working closely with Amica’s project team, SRM led design refinements that responded to evolving operational needs and cost considerations, while enhancing functionality and maintaining the intended architectural character.
